Die angegebene Lieferung frei Haus gilt nur innerhalb Deutschlands. Europaweite Versandkosten siehe PDF-Preisliste weiter oben.

Die Kaufabwicklung ist Bestellung per E-Mail an shop@sonnenwatt.de mit Rechnungs- und ggfs. abweichender Lieferadresse. Darauf folgt von uns eine Rechnung – wiederum per Mail – mit 100% Vorkasse binnen 14 Tagen per Überweisung. Der Versand ist deutschlandweit kostenlos und findet binnen 1-3 Werktagen nach Zahlungseingang statt.

Auf Wunsch bieten wir auch eine abgesicherte Zahlungsmethode mit Käuferschutz über PayPal an, allerdings müssen wir hier 3% Aufpreis für die dortigen Gebühren berechnen. Bitte teilen Sie uns hierzu Ihre gültige PayPal-E-Mail-Adresse mit.

 

Detailed instructions for order and delivery process

We do speak English and are experienced in intra-Community supply (=invoice without VAT within the EU) and shipping.

Order transaction – only possible via E-Mail – would look like the following:
 
– your billing address
– (your delivery address – if different)
– your VAT-number for intra-Community supply
* Absolutely necessary. Actually no trade between us (commercial) and you possible if you are a private person without a VAT-number. EU changed tax law on July 1st 2021 that makes commercial-private-business much more complicated within Europe. Big companies should solve that issue, but for us as a little company it’s too much effort for only 50 international customers every year. *
 
Afterwards we confirm your order with an invoice – also per E-Mail. Please note that we only accept 100% prepayment, which has to be paid within 2 weeks. Our standard method of payment is bank transfer. If you wish, we can also offer PayPal, but with additional costs of 3%.
 
[Only PayPal: in this case please also tell us your confirmed PayPal-E-Mail-address. You do not have to transfer anything, we will request the correct amount from you. This method makes it easier and faster to verify the payment.]
 
The product will be sent within 1-3 days, after we received your payment within the given delivery time (if it’s not immediately available). In case the package weighs up to 40 kg, you will automatically get a tracking code from GLS (General Logistics Systems), or their local partner in your home country. Heavier products will be sent by truck. Unfortunately there is no tracking available for that at the moment.
